HAW members love to volunteer!  Members have logged hundreds of volunteer hours annually in service to the Lubbock community.  Volunteer opportunities to name a few include Habitat for Humanity, Dia de los Muertos Fun Run, United We Read, Ronald McDonald House, Lubbock Dream Center, Food to Kids, Lubbock Impact, South Plains Food Bank, Catholic Charities Run to Remember and Beat the Heat fan giveaway, annual pancake festival, Estacado High School Trunk or Treat, Los Hermanos Familia Vamos a Pescar, Annual Viva Aztlan Festival, East Lubbock Art House blanket making, and TTU Back to School fiesta.    HAW has also participated in several parades such as the Fiestas Patrias parade, Veteran’s Day parade, Juneteenth parade, and Cinco de Mayo parade in past years.
